Shipping policy

We ship 3D prints, filaments and accessories across Aotearoa New Zealand. Shipping options, rates and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout.

In-stock items are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Custom 3D prints are made to order; the production timeframe will be confirmed with your quote or order. Weekends and public holidays may add processing time.

Tracking details are emailed when your order is dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, rural delivery or circumstances outside our control.

Please provide a complete physical delivery address. If a parcel arrives damaged or is delayed, contact sales@3dprintnz.nz promptly with your order number and photos of any damage so we can assist.
