2. Intellectual Property (3D Designs & Models)
- Customer Submissions: By submitting a 3D file (.STL, .OBJ, etc.) for printing, you warrant that you own the rights to the design or have permission to print it.
- Infringement: 3D Print NZ takes no responsibility for intellectual property infringement. You agree to indemnify us against any claims of copyright, patent, or design infringement, as per NZ Customs regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse printing any design that violates third-party IP or is offensive/illegal.

3. Custom 3D Printing Disclaimer
- Process Limitations: 3D printing is a specialized manufacturing process. Minor surface imperfections, layer lines, or support material artifacts are normal characteristics of the process and are not considered defects.
- Accuracy: While we strive for precision, we cannot guarantee exact dimensional accuracy due to material shrinkage or printer limitations.

Functionality: Unless explicitly agreed upon, prints are provided as-is, and the customer assumes risk for the final product's fitment or functionality.

4. Orders, Payments & Delivery
- Payment: Payment must be made in full before production starts.

Shipping: We only ship within New Zealand. Delivery times are estimates, and we are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

5. Returns & Refunds (CGA Compliance)
- Custom Goods: Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, customized 3D printed items are not automatically refundable if you change your mind.

Defective Products: If a product is faulty, broken, or does not match the file provided, we will repair, replace, or refund it, provided the issue is reported within [e.g., 7 days] of delivery.
