3D Print NZ is a New Zealand business operating from Auckland. These policies and our services are governed by New Zealand law.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that files, designs and instructions they submit may lawfully be used and do not infringe another person's intellectual property or contain unlawful or unsafe content. We may decline work that presents a legal, safety or technical concern.

3D printing is a manufacturing process and minor variations in colour, finish, dimensions and strength can occur. Any applicable product guarantees and rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act continue to apply.
